When we see a fork in the road, sometimes, when we’re not sure what is the correct path to take.
We may proceed down one path with extreme caution.
For awhile we may be walking on eggshells until we feel more secure about the path that we are taking.
If we have faith, the Lord will show us the correct path to take and he will walk with us to be sure that we reach our destination safely.

I need to take some necessary time off due to a herniated disk in my lower back
I will undergo two months of REHAB and RECOVERY

We must KNOW our bodies
It is very important, not only to eat the right kind of foods, but to drink PLENTY of liquids.
We need to know what foods are good for us and what foods can harm our bodies.
The EXPERTS in nutrition say that we should drink 2.5-3 LITERS of FLUIDS per day in order to maintain a healthy body.

so YOU WANT TO LIVE TO BE 80, 90, 100+?
It can be done, but it is not necessary to be on an eternal low fat, low cholesterol diet. Having GOOD GENES will help, as well as walking 3-5 miles every day!
The BEST ADVICE that I have heard is to eat a MODERATE DIET with food spread out throughout the day. Don’t eat one BIG meal just to STUFF yourself. The body prefers food in moderation with meals spread throughout the day!
