The “Queen’s Crepe Myrtle” tree has red leaves on it and possibly  thinks that it is in the wrong season, or maybe it’s internal GPS thinks that it is in the Southern Hemisphere and that we are going into winter.  Even though the tree has red leaves on it, it also has fresh buds, so a new set of fresh green leaves should sprout out this Spring.
